摘要
为提高某硫基三元复合肥生产线的自动化程度及控制精度,采用可编程逻辑控制器通过现场总线组成集散控制系统,实现了对整个生产过程的集中在线监测和控制。采用主站CPU冗余及上位计算机热备用的方式,提高了控制系统的可靠性;通过采用串级控制等多种控制方法相结合,提高了控制精度及配料的准确性。
In order to improve an S-NPK compound-fertilizer production Line's level of automation and the precision of control, Distributed Control System which is composed of PLC through field bus is adopted. By using this way, the monitor and control of the whole production process are realized. The adoption of Main Station CPU redundancy and Host Computer Hot Backup improves the reliability of the control system; the combination of a variety of control methods like Cascade Control improves the precision of control and the accuracy of ingrediems.
