On the incentives in teaching of the political theory in vocational colleges

社会实践教学是高职院校思想政治理论课教学的重要组成部分。目前高职院校思想政治理论课社会实践教学激励机制不健全,导致学生内在动力不足,外部压力不够,影响了实践教学的实效性。激励机制的建立与完善应结合高职学生的特点,在制度化建设的基础上,通过内、外激励相结合的方法进行。

The social practice is a very important part of the polities in vocational colleges. It is observed that the students are lack of internal motivation and external pressure, due to a shortage of incentive mechanisms. Consequently, the social practice is weakened in the teaching curriculum. So the constructive strategies are offered.
