承德石油高专发展战略措施研究(Ⅱ)

Study on Development Strategy in Chengde Petroleum College(Ⅱ)

在对承德石油高专发展战略理念、目标等进行充分分析的基础上,结合创建示范型高等职业院校的要求,提出实施“五大工程”的战略构想。阐述了“师德优良双师型师资队伍建设工程”、“以生为本全面育人服务工程”、“现代化园林化新校区建设工程”三项战略措施的基本内涵。

Based on the analysis of the notion of development strategy and goal in Chengde Petroleum College and the requirements of a model vocational college,this paper proposes the strategic framework of Five Project. The paper mainly exemplifies the basic connotations of High-quality Applied Talents Building as well as the Practical Technological Innovation Project of the Combination of Industry,Academic Study and Scientific Research.
