摘要
文中介绍了用发酵法制蔗糖酯的研究工作.菌种采用解烃棒杆菌(CorynebaiferiunHydrocarboclestus),将其在以蔗糖为唯一碳源的培养基中培养时能产生蔗糖酯.通过比较生长细胞和休止细胞的产酯情况来寻找最佳发酵条件.本实验使用溶剂萃取法分离提纯了蔗糖酯,通过UV—3000紫外分光光度法、气相色谱法、薄层层析法,对产品蔗糖酯进行了定性定量检测,并用水数法测定了HLB值.
The research work of preparation of sucrose ester(SE) by fermentation has been dealt with in this paper. The bacterial strains employed were corynebacateriumhydrocarboclastus, which produce SE when cultivated in a medium containing sucrose as the sole carbon source. By the comparison of conditions or osier production of growth cells and of resting cells, the optimum fermentation condition was determined. Organic solvent extraction was used to isolate and purify the obtained SE. In addition, UV-3000 ultra-spectrophotometry, gas chromatography and the layer chromatography were applied to analyse the SE product quantitively and qualitively. The water-number method was also used to measure its HLB(Hydrophilic-Lipophilic Balance) value.
