政府采购是我国公共财政改革的一项重要内容。通过从政府采购范围和规模、政策功能、经济学分析、法制建设和管理、对外开放等方面对国内政府采购理论研究作综述,对我国今后政府采购的理论研究重点作出预测。

China＇ s government procurement is an important part of the reform of public finances. In this paper, from the scope and scale of government procurement, public policy, economic analysis and legal construction, and management opening up government procurement in regard to theoretical studies reviewed. And on this basis, the article on the future of government procurement in China focus on the theory forecast.
