摘要
住房抵押贷款证券化(MBS)作为商业银行一种新型的融资模式,在增强银行资产流动性,提高资本充足率的方面有独特的功效。针对目前面临的一些制度障碍,提出了确定我国住房抵押贷款证券化模式的几点建议。
As a new financing models of the commercial banks, the home Mortgage-Backed Securitization has special effects in strengthening the flowing of capital and enhancing the full ratios of capital. Aiming at the present condition, meaning and system obstacles of MBS in China, The article gives some suggestions about the model of MBS were given.
