Sealing Materials Containing Rare Earth Oxide for Ceramic Metal Halide Lamps

摘要 陶瓷金属卤化物灯用封接材料是陶瓷金卤灯的关键材料。介绍了陶瓷金卤灯的特点,在国内外陶瓷金卤灯的发展现状的基础上,针对化学稳定性、线性膨胀系数、浸润性、软化和析晶、封接温度几个关键因素,讨论了陶瓷金卤灯用封接材料需要满足的条件。结合结晶性焊料和非结晶性焊料的特点及制备过程,指出陶瓷金卤灯用封接材料应为稀土氧化物结晶性焊料,并提出制备该焊料所需要解决的问题。 The frit sealing material is a crucial material in ceramic metal halide lamps. The properties of ceramic metal halide lamps, its development at home and abroad were presented. Some important demands for the sealing material were discussed, such as chemical stability, linear expansion coefficient, wetting properties, softening and crystallizing, and sealing temperature. By comparing the properties and preparing process of crystalline solder and non-crystalline solder, it is pointed out that sealing materials used in ceramic metal halide lamp should be rare earth oxidecontaining crystalline solder. The problems to be solved in studying this kind of material were put forward also.
