摘要
阐述了丙烯水合反应器机理模型,为便于在线调优.对模型作了数学处理,并研究了该过程的优化目标函数.在工业现场验证了在线模型,在开环在线优化操作指导的基础上,实现了闭环优化控制,取得了较好的经济效益.
This paper characterizes the theoretical model of a propene hydration reactor. To facilitate online optimisation, the model has been mathematically treated and the objective function for optimizing the process in question examined. The online model has been substantiated on-site and, dased on open loop gUidance of online optimisation of operation,closed loop optimal control materialized, yielding good economic benefits.
