穴位贴敷治疗便秘疗效观察

Observation on the therapeutic effect of acupoint application on constipation

目的:验证穴位贴敷治疗便秘的有效性、安全性及可推广性。方法:将42例患者随机分为治疗组(22例)、对照组(20例)。治疗组用穴位贴敷(以三棱、莪术、大黄、冰片制成药饼,敷于天枢、气海、关元穴);对照组口服苁蓉通便口服液。结果:治疗组总有效率81.8%,对照组总有效率50.0%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组首次排便时间(5.1±2.8)小时,对照组为(10.1±7.3)小时,两组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药穴位贴敷治疗便秘具有确切的疗效,适于推广应用。

Objective To test the therapeutic effect, safety of acupoint application for treatment of constipation. Methods Forty-two cases were randomly divided into a treatment group of 22 cases and a control group of 20 cases. The treatment group were treated with acupoint application, with the cake made by Sanleng （Rhizorna Spargani）, Ezhu （Rhizorna Zedoariae）, Dahuang （Radix et Rhizorna Rhei） and Bingpian （Borneolurn）, which was applied at Tianshu （ST 25）, Qihai （CV 6）, Guanyuan （CV 4） ; the control group were treated with oral administration of Congrong Tongbian Oral Liquid. Results The total effective rate was 81.8% in the treatment group and 50.0% in the control group, the treatment group being better than the control group （P〈0.05） ; the first defecation time was （5.1±2. 8） h in the treatment group and （10.1±7.3） h in the control group, with a significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion TCM acupoint application therapy has a definite therapeutic effect on constipation.
