摘要
单因素法考察了水解时间、温度、酸浓度以及料液比对木糖、阿拉伯糖、乙酸浓度的影响,并用均匀设计法优化了麦糟水解条件,确定了水解的最佳工艺条件100.4mgH2SO4/g干麦糟,温度138℃,料液比1∶6(w/v),时间270min。
The influence of hydrolysis time.temperature,acid concentration and solid to liquid ratio on xylose. arabinose and acetic acid concentration are assessed by single factor, Optimization of brewery's spent grain dilute-acid hydrolysis for the production of pentose-rich culture media are invested by uniform design. The optimal hydrolysis condition were determined: under condition of sulfuric acid solution, 100.4 mg acid per gram of dry matter temperature,138℃;solid to liquid ratio, 1 : 6 (w/v); time,270min.
