摘要
目的:研究红曲对自发性高血压大鼠的降压作用及其机理。方法:每日给自发性高血压大鼠灌胃红曲和降压药,每周测量血压、心率和体重各一次,四周后,股动脉取血并制备血浆,并取出胸主动脉和肺组织,通过一氧化氮合酶试剂盒测定主动脉一氧化氮合酶活性,利用高效液相色谱测定肺中ACE活性,放射免疫法测定血浆ET和CGRP含量。结果:红曲能够明显的降低自发性高血压大鼠的血压,使主动脉一氧化氮合酶活性上升;肺中ACE活性红曲组和阳性组明显降低;红曲组ET含量比阴性组有所降低,CGRP的含量有所上升,并且差异都具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。
The SHR were administered with red yeast rice and hypertensive drug. Systolic blood pressure (SBP) and heart rate as well as body weight were measured once a week. After 4 weeks, blood was taken to prepare plasma and serum, and aortas and lungs were obtained. The activity of NOS in the aorta, ET and CGRP in plasma were inspected with kits. The lung ACE was inspected by HPLC. The results showed that the activity of aortas NOS of administered groups were increased, the concentration of red yeast rice groups' ET were decreased and CGRP were increased, and the difference was significant (P〈0.05).
