摘要
采用近红外透射光谱,分析波长在643.26~928.35nm范围内无损检测水晶梨糖度的可行性。建立的水晶梨的糖度模型,其相关系数为0.976630,标准误差为0.197749,预测标准误差为0.463898,偏差为-0.001484。结果表明,利用近红外透射光谱技术测定水晶梨糖度是可行的。
Near infrared transmittance spectrosoopy ranging from 643.26nm to 928.35nm was invesigated for its feasibillty to determine the sugar content of crystal pear non-destructively. Calibration models of the sugar content of crystal pear gave the correlation coefficient of 0.976630, with a standard error of calibration of 0.197749, a standard error of prediction of 0.463898, and a bias of -0.001484, The study shows that the Near Transmittance Spectroscopy was feasible to nondestructively measure the sugar content of crystal pear.
