尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活剂与静脉血栓栓塞

摘要 尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活剂对促进生理和病理状况下血栓溶解有重要作用。本文就其结构、功能、活性调节、信号通路和溶栓应用作一综述。
