血管新生的调控在慢性肾脏病进展中的作用和意义 被引量:1

摘要 器官和组织的血管系统形成包括两种形式,一种称为血管新生(angiogenesis),指在原先存在的毛细血管和(或)微静脉的基础上以芽生或非芽生的方式生成新的成熟血管;另一种称为血管生成(vasculogenesis),主要发生在胚胎早期,血管直接由成血管细胞长成,是血管从无到有的过程。目前文献所指的血管生成实际上主要指血管新生,血管新生与创伤修复、缺血缺氧、肿瘤、炎症、自身免疫和内分泌等疾病的过程密切相关。肾脏存在丰富的毛细血管网结构,近年来研究证实多种急、慢性肾损害均伴有微血管系统丧失或过度新生,并由此提出了调控血管新生改善肾病进展的治疗概念。因此,我们就血管新生及其调控在慢性肾脏疾病的进展情况作一综述。
