摘要
目前,循环流化床锅炉底渣冷却越来越成为此种锅炉长期安全稳定和经济运行的制约因素,经过长期的探索和总结,提出一种安装在锅炉一次风室或一次风道内的装置,用锅炉燃烧一次风来冷却底渣的方法,并从冷却、分离和磨损等方面阐述了该新型冷渣器的可行性,分析对比了该新型冷渣器的优点,以供参考。
At present, the bottom ash cooling of CFB boiler shades into the restricted factor for the boiler's safe, stable and economical operating. On the basis of long-time study and research, one new type ash cooler installed in the primary air windbox or the primary air duct is introduced in this paper. The new method utilizes the primary air to cool bottom ash. The paper expatiates on the feasibility of the new type ash cooler from several aspects including cooling, separation, abrasion, etc. and analyzes the advantages of the ash cooler as reference.
