摘要
目的探讨对冲性额部脑挫裂伤的临床特点和治疗策略。方法对120例对冲性额部脑挫裂伤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果根据GOS评分:恢复良好89例,中残21例,死亡10例。结论对于对冲性额部脑挫裂伤病人,临床上要引起高度重视,应严密观察病情变化,一旦有手术指征应尽早手术。如遇病情突然恶化,应立即采取积极措施及于术治疗,以免造成严重后果。
Objective To discuss the clinical characteristic and therapeutic strategy of contrecoup injury in frontal lobe.Methods A series of 120 patients with contrecoup injury in frontal lobe were analysed retrospectively. Results 89 cases survived well, 21 cases suffered from moderate disability,and 10 cases death according to GOS.Conclusions We must highly make much of the patients with contrecoup injury in frontal lobe the patient＇s condition should be observed closely.Once finding the operative indication.We must perform the operation at once.If the patient＇s condition deteriorate suddendly.We must immediately adopt active measures and surgical treatment to prevent from leading to severe consequence.
