下肢静脉曲张向下肢溃疡演变过程中相关因素研究

The Research of the Related factors in the Process of Lower Extremity Varicose Vein Turning into the Ulcer

目的探讨下肢静脉曲张向下肢静脉性溃疡形成过程中相关因素的参与情况。方法总结本院门诊静脉曲张性溃疡48例进行CEAP分类,并进行相关因素调查、分析,找出与静脉性溃疡发生的相关因素。结果48例静脉性溃疡病人中,48例有下肢静脉曲张,48例有淤积性皮炎,17例有甲癣,4例外伤骨折史,4例风心心衰病史,3例糖尿病史。结论静脉曲张向静脉溃疡演变过程中,下肢淤积性皮炎是一个重要环节,甲癣、慢性心衰、下肢创伤骨折史、糖尿病等可能参与静脉性溃疡形成。

Objective To inquire into related factors＇ participating in the process of the lower extremity varicose vein turning into the ulcer. Method 48 patients with lower extremity ulcer from varicose vein were investigated and analysised with CEAP, to find out the related factors that make the ulcer take place. Results In 48 patients there were 48 with lower extremity varicose vein and stais dermatitis. 17 with tinea unguinm. 4 with the history of puncture. 4 with rheumatic heart failure. 3 with the history of DM. Conclusion In the process of the lower extremity varicose vein turning into the stais dermatitis plays the important role, and the factors such as tinea unguinm. Chronic heart failure and the history of lower extremity puncture and DM also the part in the formation of the lower extremity ulcer.
