Fascial pedicled web space flap for congenital simple syndactly

介绍筋膜蒂脂蹼皮瓣矫正先天性并指畸形。５例６处先天性单纯并指，采用并指原有的指蹼皮肤，重建指蹼。结果；经１－４个月随访，指蹼外形接近正常，分指，屈指活动自如，皮瓣柔软，舒展性好。结论：该术式避免了以往用植皮或局部皮瓣修复后产生的瘢良挛缩，继发性并指等不足，充分利用了并指指蹼皮肤，简化了手术过程。

<Abatract>Objective: To introduce a fascial pedicled web space flap for correcting congenital simple syndactyly. Methods: The original skin at the web region were used to reconstruct the web space in 5 cases with congenital syndactyly including 6 sites. Results: After follow-up for 1-4 months, the contours of the web spaces and abduction and flexion of the fingers were nearly normal. Conclusions: This technique takes use of the original skin, avoids subsequent scar contracture or secondary syndactyly caused by skin grafting or local skin flap transfer.
