摘要
目的:研究氨哮素对神经切断再缝合后肌肉功能恢复的影响。方法:显露大鼠左侧坐骨神经根部,切断后再缝合;实验组给予内含氨哮素(2mg/kg)的合成饲料,对照组给予一般合成饲料。80天后检测比目鱼肌和趾长伸肌的肌湿重、蛋白质含量、肌张力和肌纤维截面积。结果:实验组比目鱼肌和趾长伸肌的总蛋白质含量、肌湿重、肌张力以及肌纤维截面积均较对照组有显著增加。结论:氨哮素可以促进神经修复后肌肉功能的恢复。
<Abatract>Objective: To investigate the effect of clenbuterol on muscle recovery after nerve repair in rats. Methods: Clenbuterol was administered in diet of rats throughout 80 days after the sciatic nerve was cut and resutured. The total protein content of the extensor digitorum longus (EDL) and the soleus (SOL) were assayed. The wet weight and the twitch tension, tetanic tension of these muscles were recorded. The cross-section area of different type of muscle fibers were measured. Results: The wet weight, protein content, contractive tension and muscle fiber cross-section area of either SOL or EDL in experimental group were obviously increased (P<0.05). Conclusion: Clenbuterol can improve the recovery of the muscle function after nerve repair.
