摘要 了解人体骨骼肌失神经后细胞增殖状态的变化规律,初步探讨可能反映肌肉不可逆改变的指标。方法:42周周围神经损伤术中取材。(1)HE染色:VIDSⅢ图象分析系统测肌细胞的截面积。(2)增殖细胞核抗原单克隆抗体免疫组织化学染色统计阳性染色细胞核数。结果:神经损伤后不同时间组肌细胞的截面积差异无统计学意义。 <Abatract>Objective: To investigate the changes of cell proliferation after skeletal muscle denervation in human. Methods: Biopsies were done in 42 cases of peripheral nerve injuries. The cross sectional areas of muscle cells were measured by VIDSIII Image Analysis System in HE stained sections; im-munohistochemical stain (ABC method) with monoclonal antibody against proliferation cell nuclear anti-gen(PCNA) was performed and positive stained nucleus were counted. Results: No statistical difference was found between different time groups after nerve injuries in cross sectional areas of muscle cells. The number of PCNA positive cell nucleus reached maximum at 3-4 months after denervation and then decreased, there was significant difference between different time groups. Conclusions: The proliferation of human skeletal muscle cell remains at high level 3-4 months after denervation and then slows down. This suggests that nerve repair should be performed early. Examination of cell proliferation is possible to indicate if the denervation of cells is irreversible, which is helpful in chosing proper surgery and progno-sing the effect of nerve repair.
