摘要
目的:对伸肌装置主要结构的解剖和滑动进行初步研究。方法:对10只正常成人尸体手行大体解剖、测量实体标本肌腱的滑动范围及主要腱束间的角度,并做相应的组织学检查。结果:各指的伸腱装置虽相似,但内侧束的组成,内、外侧束形成的夹角不等;掌指关节矢状束的纵向运动和近侧指间关节侧束的横向运动在伸指过程中起重要作用。结论:各指伸肌装置在解剖学上各有特点,其主要腱束的滑动范围不同,伸肌装置是纵向、横向和斜向纤维相互交织的复合整体。治疗中维护伸肌装置解剖的完整性相当重要。
<Abatract>Objective: To study the anatomy and excursion of extensor apparatus. Methods: Ten hands of adult cadavers were used, measurement of excursion and anatomic angles of extensor bands, and related histological examination were performed. Results: There was an approximate structure but some different from each other in all fingers. The motion of sagittal cord and lateral band played an important role in extension of metacarpophalangeal and interphalangeal joints. The extensor apparatus was consisted of various direction collagenous fiber. Conclustions: Each extensor apparatus has different anatomic characteristics, so protecting the intact of the whole extensor apparatus is very important treatment.
