超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入治疗过熟期白内障376例观察

Treatment of Morgagnian Cataract with Phacoemulsification Combined with Intraocular Lens Implantation in 376 Cases

摘要 目的探讨超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术治疗过熟期白内障的疗效。方法对376例过熟期白内障施行超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术,观察其撕囊成功率、人工晶状体囊袋内植入率、术中的并发症、术后视力、眼压等指标。结果 376眼中撕囊成功361眼(占96.01%),人工晶状体囊袋内植入367眼(占97.60%)。术中后囊膜破裂4眼,部分悬韧带断裂3眼,乳化头损伤虹膜2眼。术后轻度角膜水肿36眼,虹膜部分后粘连2眼。术后第1天视力均有明显的提高,视力0.3以上有264眼(占70.21%),眼压正常。 Purpose To evaluate the therapeutic effects of phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens(IOL) implantation for treatment of Morgagnian cataract. Methods Phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation were performed in 376 eyes with Morgagnian cataract, therapeutic effects,intra and post-operative complications, vision acuity (VA),intraoctdar pressure(IOP) were examined one day after the surgery. Results The successftd rate of capculorhexis was 96.01%, and the rate of IOL implantation for anterior capcule was 97.60%. Posterior capsul rupture happened in 4 eyes during the operation, suspensory ligament rupture in 3 cases, partial dehiscence of the zonule in 2 cases. After the surgery there were mild corneal edema in 36 cases and iris posterior synechia in 2 cases. VA improved significantly one day after surgery. There were 264 eyes(70.21%) in which VA was more than 0.3 and LDP was normal.Conclusion The therapeutic effect of phacoemulsification combined with the intraocular lens implantation on the treatment of Morgagnian cataract is satisfactory.
