异基因造血干细胞移植术后移植物抗宿主病预防和治疗进展

摘要 移植物抗宿主病（GVHD）是影响异基因造血干细胞移植（Allo—HSCT）成功的主要并发症。采用目前的预防和治疗GVHD措施，对于同胞相合Allo—HSCT，急性GVHD发生率仍可高达30％～60％，因而，预防和治疗GVHD一直是移植领域所面临的重要课题。
