无关供者骨髓移植治疗重型再生障碍性贫血
摘要
随着HLA的DNA高分辨配型施行；预处理方案的改进，避免大剂量放疗，新型药物，如氟达拉滨（Fludarabine）、Campath的应用；移植物抗宿主病（GVHD）预防的加强，抗胸腺细胞球蛋白（ATG）／环孢菌素（CsA）、甲氨喋呤（MTX）联合预防GVHD，无关供者骨髓移植治疗重型再生障碍性贫血（SAA）的有效率和生存率得到明显提高。
