摘要
微孔玻璃膜的制备是采用一定组成的Na2OB2O3SiO2系玻璃,经500~700℃分相,再用酸液浸蚀其中的可溶相,即可得到具有一定孔径分布的微孔玻璃膜。讨论了化学组成和工艺条件对微孔玻璃膜孔结构的影响,探讨了这些因素对膜孔结构影响的基本规律。
Porous glass membrane with certain pore size distribution is prepared by thermally separating Na 2O B 2O 3 Si O 2 system glass with definite composition into two phases at 500~700℃ and then leaching out the soluble phase with acid.The effects of chemical composition,and technical condition on pore structure of the porous glass membrane has been discussed,and the basic principles of the effect for these factors have also been studied, with the stress on choosing appropriate preparation parameters.
