摘要
在晚清历史上,曾国藩是一代名臣,他的成功与湘军是分不开的。以湘军为跳板,曾国藩登上政治上的显赫位置,与此同时,在湘军的创建与发展过程中,曾国藩形成了自己独特的战略管理思想。这种战略管理思想在当代企业管理中意义重大。
On history in late Qing, Zeng-Guofan was a generation of famous officials, his success could not be separated from the troops of Hunan . Regarding troops of Hunan as the springboard, Zeng-Guofan mounts the political illustrious position. Meanwhile, in establishment and developing of the troops of Hunan, Zeng-Guofan formed one＇s own unique strategic management thought. This kind of thought has important meaning in the management of contemporary enterprises.
