摘要
沟通是酒店管理活动的重要课题,有效的内部沟通是酒店持续发展所必不可少的条件,文章主要探讨了酒店有效沟通的作用,影响酒店有效沟通的障碍,并提出了改善酒店内部沟通的措施。
Communication is one of the most important subjects in hotel management activities, and what＇s more, it＇s essential to the sustainable development of hotel.This article mainly discusses the function of effective communication and obstacles which hinder the internal communication in hotels, then gives some advices to imorove hotel＇s internal communication.
