骶前囊肿误诊6例临床分析

Misdiagnosis of Presacral Cyst：Analysis of 6 Cases

为探讨减少骶前囊肿误诊的方法，回顾分析2003-2005年治疗6例院外误诊误治的骶前囊肿患者的临床资料。为减少临床误诊率，需采用直肠指诊、骶部X线检查、直肠腔内超声、瘘道造影等综合检查方法，明确诊断需通过病理学检查，手术切除是治疗骶前囊肿的主要方法。术前应完善各项检查，以利于判断选择恰当的手术路径，尽可能完整切除囊肿。

The clinical data（2003-2005） of 6 patients with presacral cyst,who were misdiagnosed and mistreated in other hospitals,were analized retrospectively in an attempt to find out a way in reducing the misdiagnosis. Rectal palpation, sacral X-ray examination, rectal intracavitary ultrasonography, fistula radiography examination, were all needed in the reduction of misdiagnosis rate, the pathological examination may definitize diagnosis. The resection is main therapy for presacral cyst. It is concluded that preoperative perfect examinations are necessary and can enable correct choice surgical procedures,and that whole excision of the cyst is strictly required.
