摘要
研究了浮选脱墨过程中转子转速、浮选温度以及脱墨剂用量等条件对浆料表面张力、气泡产生情况和脱墨效果的影响,并对表面张力和气泡产生情况与脱墨效率之间存在的关系进行了探讨。结果表明,脱墨剂用量对浮选效果影响显著;脱墨剂用量和温度变化对表面张力影响显著;泡沫产生和破裂情况对油墨脱除效率和纤维流失影响较大。
The influence of flotation conditions such as rotation speed, temperature, dosage of deinking chemicals on surface tension of the pulp, bubbles creation and deinking efficiency was studied. And the relationship between surface tension of the pulp, bubbles creation and deinking efficiency was also discussed. The results showed that high dosage of deinking chemicals and high temperature can result high brightness and good deinking efficiency. The foam property has great influence on the removal of ink particles and the loss of fibers.
