Research Developments of Lignin Modification by Mannich Reaction

摘要 木质素的Mannich反应为木质素的改性开辟了新领域,极大地拓展了木质素的应用范围。文章在概述Mannich反应机理的基础上,对木质素模型化合物的Mannich反应及木质素的Mannich改性研究进展进行了综述。 Mannich reaction is an important organic reaction, which has been applied in the synthesis of the medicine and alkaloid widely. Mannich reaction of the lignin develops a new field of lignin modification, which attracts more and more researchers＇ attention. The new synthesis products expand the application of the lignin extremely. This paper summarizes the research development of Mannich reaction of lignin model compounds and lignin after reviewing the mechanism of Mannich reaction.
