Evaluation of Clinical Significance of Long R-R Intervals

为了解动态心电图中长间歇的临床意义,对213例患者的213份动态心电图进行了分析。结果表明:窦性间歇≥2 000 ms 伴平均窦性心率<60 bpm、最快窦性心率反应<100 bpm 者,提示窦房结功能低下,此可能系窦房结固有病变引起。窦性间歇≥2 000 ms 伴平均窦性心率≥60 bpm、最快窦性心率反应≥100 bpm,提示长间歇由迷走神经张力增强所致。

To evaluate the clinical significance of long R-R intervals,two hundred and thirteen ambulatory electro- cardiograms were analysed.The results indicated:The R-R interval of sinus rhythm≥2 000 ms,along with the av- erage sinus rates<60 bpm and the fastest sinus rates<100 bpm suggested sinus disfunction and these might be caused by inherent sinus pathological changes;The R-R interval of sinus rhythm≥2 000 ms,with the average sinus rates≥60 bpm and the fastest sinus rates≥100 bpm suggested that long intervals were caused by enhancement of vagal tone.
