摘要
基于同步感应线圈发射原理设计制作了5级电磁线圈发射试验装置,该装置采用光电传感器实时检测弹丸的位置,并将该位置信号反馈给控制系统触发双向可控硅闭合,使脉冲电容器对该级线圈放电。通过试验,给出了单级线圈的弹丸速度和触发位置的关系以及电压和级数对弹丸发射速度的影响。
A launch experimental device of 5-stage electromagnetic coil is designed and constructed based on the launching principle of synchronous induction coil. The device detects the real-time position of the projectile with a photoelectric sensor and feeds back the signal of the position to the control system which triggers the SBS to close, causing the impulse capacitor to discharge to the coils. The relation between the projectile velocity of single-stage coil and the triggering position is given along with the effect of voltage and number of stages on the launching velocity of the projectile.
