摘要
根据中药研究对模型动物的特殊要求,分析了皮下注射硝酸甘油所致的大鼠偏头痛模型和利血平化低5-羟色胺小鼠偏头痛模型的中医证候特征,对偏头痛动物模型在中药研究中的应用提出建议。
This article will analyse the syndromic characters of modal rat with migraine caused by injecting glonoin and modal mice with migraine caused by injecting 5 - hydroxy tryptamine. To meet the special demand of the study of Chinese traditional medicine , the author gives some advice about how to choose animal models with migraine during your research.
