苦菜利尿作用的实验研究

Experiment Research of Diuretic Effect on Bitter Vegetables

目的:观察苦菜对兔尿量、尿离子浓渡的影响及对兔血压的影响。方法:采用代谢笼集尿法收集大鼠、小鼠尿液及导尿管集尿法收集兔尿液,采用火焰光度法测定大鼠尿离子浓度,采用兔颈总动脉插管法测定兔动脉血压。结果:苦菜根水提液大、中、小剂量组对大鼠、小鼠尿量增加显著、对兔尿量增加非常显著,可使大鼠尿中钠、氯离子含量显著增加,而苦菜茎叶作用很弱。苦菜茎叶50mg时,有短暂的升压作用,≥100mg/kg时,有短暂的降压作用。结论:苦菜根有利尿作用,其作用机制可能与其抑制肾小管对水、钠、氯的重吸收,促进水、钠、氯的排出有关,苦菜茎叶大剂量对血压的作用可能与利尿作用有关。

Objective ：To observe effect of the bitter vegetables extraction （BVE）on urine content, urine ion and blood pressure of animal. Methods ： Adopting metabolism cage gathered the urine content of mice and rat , and using - catheter gathered rabbit urine content, using the flames photometer mensurate urine ion concentration of rat, using the carotid of the rabbit determined artery blood pressure of it. Result ： BVE of roots, groups of big, medium and small dosagc, remarkably increased the urinc content of the rat and mice, and increased much remarkably the urine content of rabbit, could cnhanse evidently natrium and chlorine urine ion concentrat in rat, but BVE leaf＇s function is very weak. When the dosage of BVE of stem and leaf was 50 mg/kg, had the function to hoist briefly blood pressure, while ≥ 100mgs/kg,to declined briefly blood pressure. Conclusion： There was diuretic function in BVE of roots, its function mechanism had probably relation to restrain the reabsorption of renal tubular to the water, natrium and chlorine, to hasten the discharged the water, natrium and chlorine. Function to decline briefly blood pressure,the big dosage of bitter vegetables stem and leaf,had something to do with diuretic function.
