综合辨治思维能力——课堂训练探索

摘要 针对中医院校学生普遍存在的医学理论与临床实践脱节状况,我们开展了辨证思维能力训练课,通过对临床病案的分析,强化学生对中医各种辨证方法的运用,提升临床综合分析问题和解决问题的能力。在训练内容上,注重中医辨治思维能力和病证结合辨治能力两方面;在训练方案上,采用案例教学,从单病证病例入手,上升到多病证病例及疑难病例等综合辨治思维训练。 In order to avoid the separation of the medical theory and clinical practice in college and university of TCM ,we developed the training course of differentiation ability. Through the analysis of clinical cases the application of differentiation of TCM and the ability of analyzing and solving comprehensive problems of the students in clinics has been enhanced. The ability of both syndrome differentiation are emphasized. The teaching program including simple cases, complicated cases and difficult cases has been used in our classes.
