HPLC法测定心可宁胶囊中丹酚酸B的含量

Determination of Salvianolic Acid B in Xinkening Jiaonang with HPLC

目的:建立用高效液相色谱法测定心可宁胶囊中丹酚酸B含量的方法。方法:采用C18柱,流动相为甲醇—乙腈—甲酸—水(30∶10∶1∶59),流速为0.8mL/min,检测波长为286nm。结果:丹酚酸B线性范围0.11～1.10μg,相关系数r=0.9997,平均加样回收率为99.90%,相对标准偏差RSD为0.76%(n=6)。结论:本法操作简便,准确,重复性好,可作为该制剂的定量分析方法。

Objective： To establish the method for determining the content of Salvianolic acid B in Xinkening Jiao- nang by HPLC. Methods： The Suntek C 18 column with methanol-acetonitrile-formic acid-water （30： 10： 1：59） as the mobile phase was used, The flow rate was 0.8 mL/min and the detective wavelength was 286nm. Resulte： The calibration curve was linear at a range of 0. 11 - 1. 10p, g for the Salvianolic acid B （ r = 0. 9997 ）. The average recovery was 99.90% and the related standard deviation（RSD） was 0.76% （ n = 6）. Conclusion ：The method is simple, and accurate with a good reproducibility and can be used as quantitative analysis method for this preparation.
