Effect on Extractive Rate of Chlorogenic Acid in Flos Lonicerae by Different Ways

目的:考察不同提取方法对金银花中绿原酸含量测定结果的影响。方法:应用乙醇回流、水蒸气蒸馏,超声、微波等方法提取金银花,采用高效液相色谱法测定金银花中绿原酸的含量。结果:微波和超声提取金银花,绿原酸含量最高,且无明显差异。结论:微波和超声提取方法提取效率高,并且简单、稳定、可行。

Objective： To test the different methods of extraction result of Chlorogenic acid in Flos Lonicerae. Methods ： The determination of Chlorogenic acid in Flos Lonicerae has been carried out by RP - HPLC. The four different ways of alcohol refluence extraction, water distill extraction, microwave extraction and ultrasonic extraction were compared. Results ： the extractive rate of Chlorgenic acid in Flos Lonicerae in the ultrasonic and microwave method was higher than that the other methods. Conclusion ： The microwave and ultrasonic extraction method is well, and simple, stable and feasible.
