摘要
通过对BC272B梳毛机BC—T—C三角区气流流场的观察分析,得出上三角区中形成的气流涡流场是转移辊上纤维积聚成卷的根本原因。并分析探讨了解决转移辊上纤维积聚成卷的几种方法,指出在胸锡林与大锡林第一工作辊之间加装剥毛辊是消除纤维积聚成卷最简单易行的方法。
By means of experimental observation, the air-blow field of BC-T-C upper triangle field is analysed on BC272B woolen card set. The air vortex flow field formed in triangle field is the basic reason for staple-accumulated roll on angle stripper. Some methods to resolve the problem of stapple accumulated roll on angle stripper are analysed and discussed. The simplest and most practicable measure was to install a stripper between breast and swift worker No. 1, to resolve staple-accumulated roll.
