优质小麦“农大179”辐射诱变M_2代RVA参数的变异分析 被引量:10

摘要 辐射诱变是小麦产生有益突变及培育优良品种的主要途径之一。为给小麦新品种的选育提供材料及理论参考,以优质小麦“农大179”为材料,用250 Gy的60Co-γ射线进行辐射诱变,并对M2群体内的510株单株进行了快速粘度仪(RVA)参数检测。结果表明,60Co-γ射线对各粘度仪参数均产生了明显的诱变作用,高峰粘度、糊化温度、低谷粘度、最终粘度、崩解值、反弹值总体有变劣倾向,高峰时间有缩短趋势。筛选出糊化温度分别为83.9℃和86.4℃的单株2株、反弹值为14cP类似糯质小麦的变异株1株。 Seeds of wheat variety "Nongda 179" were radiated by 250 Gy^ 60 Co-γ. Rapid Viscosity Analyser (RVA) parameters of 510 M2 plants were measured. The results were as follows : Visible variation of all RVA parameters in M2 plants had been observed. Peak viscosity(PV), pasting temperature(PT), hold viscosity(HV), final viseosity(FV), breakdown and setback became worse and peak time(PT) became shorter in the M2 mutation population while compared with "Nongda179" . 2 plants with high paste time (paste time were 83.9 ℃ and 86.4℃, respectively) and 1 plant with low setback (setback was only 14cp) which resembled waxy wheat were obtained. All the special materials from the M2 population could be used in wheat breeding.
