摘要
要建立市场经济条件下有效的金融宏观调控体系,必须坚持、完善其配套的法律,以实现其有效的运转,发挥其在国家金融领域中应有的作用,而且其法律构建要侧重程序立法的完善和形式的有效性,以及在立法上应强化中国人民银行在制定、实施货币政策时的独立性。
In order to set up an effective financial macro-control system under market economy, we should improve the relative regulations for playing the role in the financial field, Emphysizing on the improvement of legislation procedure and the effectiveness of the form, the government should strengthen the independence of the people＇s bank on setting and enforcing the currency policy.
