Preliminary Approach to Keeping the Healthy Life of the Yellow River through Flood Water Resources

通过对实施黄河洪水资源化的研究,认为采取“蓄洪”、“调沙”、“冲污”、“造床”、“引洪”等方式,可以解决黄河中下游的断流及缺水、泥沙淤积等问题,还能缓解黄河水质污染、生态环境恶化等。利用好黄河的洪水资源,可实现“堤防不决口,河道不断流,污染不超标,河床不抬高”的目标,从而维持黄河的健康生命。

It deems that it can solve not only the issues of depletion,water shortage and sedimentation of the middle and lower Yellow River,but also alleviate the water pollution and environment deterioration by the ways of 'flood storage','sediment regulation','washout pollution','bed-building' and 'flood diversion' through the study on flood resources implementation of the Yellow River.Fairly utilizing the flood resources of the Yellow River can achieve the objectives of 'no dyke breaches,no depletion,no pollution exceeding the standards and no rising of the river bed' and keep the healthy life of the river.
