摘要
黄河河南段现有堤河长度为347.3 km,其对防洪安全的威胁主要有:①造成顺堤行洪,增大“滚河”的发生几率;②威胁堤防的渗透稳定以及边坡稳定;③增大了堤防因受“横河”、“斜河”顶冲而发生冲决的几率。治理措施主要有引洪自流放淤和机械抽沙淤填堤河两种,其中机械抽沙淤填堤河又可分为大小泵组合淤筑和船泵组合淤筑;在条件允许的情况下,推荐采用引洪自流放淤。
The existing length of the dyke and river in Henan section is 347.3 km.The main threatening to flood control security are as follows: a) flood along the dyke,increasing the occurring probability of 'rolling flow';b) threaten the stability of seepage and slopes of the dyke and;c) increase the probability of bursting because of 'right-angled flow' and 'oblique flow'.There are two main measures of warping by gravity and by machine to control,of which,warping by machine also can be divided into warping water from the pit combined with different sizes of pumps and warping water from the river;it recommends to use warping by gravity if the condition is permitted.
