辽宁省外商直接投资的特点及其影响

The characteristics and influences of Liaoning FDI

本文从辽宁省外商直接投资大幅增长的现实出发,分析了其增长的特点及原因,以及对地区国际收支平衡的影响。本文认为,辽宁省外商直接投资在一段时期内保持增长有合理因素,对地区国际收支顺差增长的影响有限。并从外汇管理的角度提出了做好外商直接投资工作的建议。

Based on the fact that there is a great rise in FDI of Liaoning province, the paper analyze the reason and characteristics of the rise and then analyze the influence on the region international balance by FDI increase through studying ＇ indirect statement of international income of Liaoning province＇ .We made conclusion： there is a reasonable factor of rise in FDI and there is little influence on the international favorable balance rise. At last the paper made some suggestion of FDI from the point of view of foreign exchange management.
