Analysis on State of Region Competition and Development Strategy of Chain Supermarket in China

摘要 本文通过对我国六大经济区限额以上连锁超市的门店数、营业面积、从业人员、销售额等规模指标和店效、坪效、人效等绩效指标进行分析,揭示连锁超市在我国的发展已经表现出明显的层级市场竞争格局——由东部向中部、西部扇形递减。并通过对各区域市场竞争特点的分析,提出各区域市场的战略方向选择:"一级区域市场"以战略转移为主;"二级区域市场"以做大做强为主;"三级区域市场"以积极发展为主。 Through analysis on scale indexes such as the stores of every above-norm chain supermarket of economic zone of our country, business area, employee, sales amount and performance indexes such as result of the shop, ground effect, people's effect which reveal the development of chain supermarket in our country has already demonstrated the obvious level market competition pattern -- Decrease progressively from east to the middle and the west. East China is the main battle field of chain supermarket competition, which is "first-class regional market" North China, middle China and southern China are wings of East China develop ground, which is "second-class regional market" ; Southwest, the Northwest and the Northeast are a potential market of development of chain supermarket which is "tertiary regional market" .And through an analysis of every regional market competition characteristic, propose choices of the strategic direction on every regional market which are "first-class regional market" takes strategic shift as the core; "second-class regional market" relies mainly on making big and powerful; The tertiary regional market relies mainly on developing actively.
