The article generally states out the characters of the outbreaks of Mekanagrimyza in recent years in Pingding - shan and analyzes some reasons of severe outbreaks of the disease which is related to climate, natural enemy, species, planting conditions and so on. The corresponding measures for the control of Mekanagrimyza were proposed.
