摘要
本文对稳杀特在花生、棉花田环境中残留量的分析方法进行了研究。样品经提取、分离、溴代衍生化、净化及GC-ECD检测等程序,方法的最低检知量为7.2×10^(-12)g。在10g样品中添加0.05—0.48ng之间三个不同量稳杀特进行试验,全过程的回收率(X).74.3—83.3%,标准偏差(S_x^-)<±12.5%。
A GC-ECD method is described for determining Onecide (Fluazifop-butyl) residues in the stalk and leaf of peanut and cotton as well as the soil of the field. The samples are extracted with acetone, then concentrated, brominated and finally cleaned up on a column containing neutral Al_2O_3 and florisil. The detection limit for various samples is 0. 03~0. 05 ppm, arid the average recovery is 74. 3~93. 3%.
