摘要 本文通过用直接悬浊液进样原子吸收法对新鲜蔬菜中铬的测定,研究了各种实验条件,并建立了实际测定新鲜蔬菜中微量元素的方法。该法将可用于食品。 Direct analysis of solids by atomic absorption spectrophotometry (AAS) is a developing AAS method. There are several advantages: The time-consuming decomposition steps can be omitted, the analysis can be carried out without addition of reagents and without any separations or concentration steps, therefore, the risks of introducing contamination and of losing the elements to be determined are considerably reduccd. Direct determination of trace chromium in suspended vegetables was studied by flameless AAS. For determining chromium in suspended vegetables, the optimum conditions for direct the analysis of suspended sample were established by AAS, which include the size of suspend edparticle, sampling and sampling tool, atomization and temperature program etc. The determination results of chromium in vegetables indicate that direct analysis of trace metals in suspended samples by flameless AAS is a simple, accurate and time-saving method, it has been used for determination of metals in food and other materials.
