摘要
成就目标定向是成就行为的目的在认知、情感和行为等特征上的稳定趋向,它影响着大学生的成长与发展。本研究采用成就目标定向量表为研究工具,对地方本科院校303名大专生和105名本科生施测。研究发现不同专业、年级和自评学习成绩的大学生在成就目标定向的四个维度上存在差异,并进一步分析了大学生在成就目标定向方面的问题,提出了有针对性的教育对策。
Achievement goal orientation is the stable tendency of purpose of achievement behavior in one' s cognition, emotion and behavior, which influences growing and development of students in higher educational institutions. This research adopts Achievement Goal Orientation Scale as the research instrument and tests 303 college students and 105 university students in local higher educational institutions. This research finds out that there are differences of students with different majors, grades and self - estimation in four dimensions of achievement goal orientation. And then problems of students from the aspect of achievement goal orientation are analyzed and the corresponding guidance strategies are proposed.
