摘要
用薄层色谱法和紫外分光光度法分离和测定益脑宁痫片中苯巴比妥的含量。样品用氯仿-异丙醇-25%氨水溶液(45:45:10)为展开剂在硅胶GF_(254)板上展开后,将在紫外灯(λ=254nm)下显示分离的被测组分刮下,溶于0.1mol/L NaOH溶液中,在λ=255±1nm处测其吸收度,求得苯巴比妥含量。
A method of the separation and determination of phenobarbital in yinaoningxian tablets, an antiepileptic compound, by thin-layer chromatography and ultraviolet spectrophotometry is described. The components are separated on a silica gel GF254 plate with chloroform-2-propanol-25% ammonia solution(45: 45: 10)as the developer. The absorbance of Phenobarbital is measured at 255±lnm. The stability of UV absorbance is ditcussed.
