The four respective links of operational mechanism of quality education in classroom teaching of English specialties are ： 1 ） an overall orientational teaching plan is the premise of implementation of English quality education ; 2） welding firmly the joints of former knowledge and new knowledge is the key link of classroom teaching; 3 ） the life mutual influence the characteristic of classroom quality education; and 4） taste of beauty in education is the highest utmost ideal realm.
